We say what we do, we do what we say, and we measure the results. But we don’t stop there. Our continuous improvement focus extends from our office, thru our shop, thru our shipping department to your dock.
Our machine operators are accountable for every part they produce. Every job demands in-process inspection, followed by a thorough quality audit at completion and prior to shipment. PPAP and SPC are also available upon request.
Our measurement capabilities include Mitutuyo CMM equipment, hardness testing, surface testing, optical comparison, along with a full complement of calipers, micrometers, pin, plug, and ring gages.
Historically built upon MIL-Q-9858A, MIL-STD-45662A, and MIL-I-45208A, our current process is based upon ISO 9000 standards and we are currently pursuing ISO 9000 certification. Our target certification date is 12/20/09.
