Richard J. Schwind Sr. has over 35 years of sales and executive management experience in component part manufacturing and distribution. Throughout his career he has been actively involved in sales, manufacturing, engineering and purchasing for both manufacturers and distributors of metal stamping, Injection molded products, cold headed fasteners and precision machined parts. Richard shares 10 design patents for plastic fasteners and was innovative in developing a cellular distribution structure for distributors

Richard started his career with Tinnerman Products, Inc. in Cleveland, OH and worked for both manufacturers and distributors including Shakeproof Div. of ITW, Phillips Plastics Inc. He also served as President CEO of Assembly Component Systems, Inc. for 15 years and 3 ½ years as Sr. V.P. Corporate Procurement with Lawson Products, Inc.

Richard J Schwind Jr. has more than twelve years of progressive marketing, product development, and manufacturing/operations experience, supplemented by an MBA. His experience began as a laborer in a fastener manufacturing job-shop, and gradually expanded to general management responsibility including sales quotation, job scheduling and materials management. Since that time, he has held numerous marketing and product development positions of increasing responsibility in the e-Commerce and Telecommunications industries, with expertise in successfully managing the implementation of multi-million dollar e-commerce websites, campaigns, and development projects. Rick serves as Vice President, General Manager for Continental Tool & Mfg.

Ronald Lindig has twenty-eight years of Information Technology and Manufacturing Technology experience. Ronald has led groups of up to 150 people to deliver Manufacturing and Software solutions to a wide variety of customers.

Ronald was part of the ownership of Continental Tool & Mfg. since it was founded in 1980. He was instrumental in the development of the Manufacturing, Quality and Business Practices at Continental Tool. Ronald has contributed significantly to Continental’s growth from a Company of 2 individuals to a Company of over 15 employees with annual sales over $2.4 million dollars
